WWE has cancelled Talking Smack after one season. The company has opted not to move forward with a second season of the after show.
Per Sports Illustrated, the program was slammed into the cancellation graveyard no because of low-ratings, but at the behest of CEO/Owner Vince McMahon, who was unhappy with the series:
McMahon, whose appearances at weekly WWE television shows is becoming increasingly irregular, was at TVs this past week. Sources close to the situation reported that McMahon was unhappy with the show and strongly believed it did not serve the company’s best interests.
RIP.
