Jo Miller has exited her post as showrunner, executive producer, and head writer at “Full Frontal With Samantha Bee.”
Miller had served as showrunner and exec producer on the TBS weekly satirical comedy since the show’s inception in 2016. She came with Bee from Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show,” where Bee had been a longtime correspondent and Miller a longtime producer.

TBS confirmed today’s surprise development in a statement:
“Jo is an incredibly talented writer who has played an invaluable role in the creation and success of the Full Frontal with Samantha Bee franchise over the past two years. We are grateful for her contributions and wish her continued success.”
