The Real co-host Tamar Braxton will not be returning when the syndicated daytime talk show returns for a third season next fall. The panel show, from Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution, has a two-season renewal on the Fox stations.

“The Real’ and Tamar Braxton have mutually decided that Tamar will not be continuing with the show for its upcoming third season,” according to a statement attributed to “The Real” and Braxton issued Sunday, after word of her departure began to spread online. “She will be leaving in order to concentrate on her solo career. Everyone associated with ‘The Real’ appreciates Tamar’s efforts and the contributions she has made to the show’s success, and we wish her all the best for the future.”
