“The numbers,” CBS Entertainment president Kelly Kahl said when asked by Deadline about the rationale behind Kevin Can Wait’s cancellation. “It was a strong show for us, it’s had a lot of decline this year, it was heading in the wrong direction. The numbers were going down as the year went on and looking forward, it didn’t look like a show that was going to be strong enough to anchor a night for us going forward.”

I totally agree !!

That’s why I quit watching. It wasn’t the same show afterwards. Don’t know who blew that decision!

yep I agree w/ Tom… even thou I watched this season it started to really drive me crazy about how stupid each episode was getting, specially towards the last months YIKES… & glad it’s overrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

P.S. I am however waiting to see Leah’s next venture on busting “scientology”… gr8 series, I think.

I didn’t like the show after they killed off the wife. And Kevin just plain gets on my nerves it’s the same stick show after show, and just like Riv said it gets more and more stupid! But I love the son-in-law, I hope to see him on more TV shows in the future. I also like to see Leah get a new TV show.
Angie says
Goodbye to total nonsense!

Another example of producers and other Hollywood primadonna’s thinking they know more than everyone else. Only to have it come back in bite them in the @$$.
If people still wanted to watch Kevin James and Leah Remini together, King of Queens would have never gone off the air.
I really liked season 1 of this show. But I was only able to stomach 3 episodes of season 2. The third one I actually turned off halfway through it.
It’s sad that some people’s arrogance could ruin what was a really good show the first season. It’s even sadder that nobody had the guts to stand of to Kevin and tell him it not to get rid of Erinn Hayes.

I never watched it after they killed off wife. Glad it’s going off.
