NBCU TV has cancelled Harry Connick Jr’s syndicated talk show after two seasons. Harry will not return for Season 3.
An NBCU TV Distribution spokesperson said of the cancellation:
“Harry is ending its run after two seasons. Harry is a phenomenal talent and it’s been a great partnership working with the Fox Stations and other supportive groups on this truly unique show,”
Reacting to the reaper’s scythe, Connick added:
“I have truly loved doing this show and appreciate your welcoming me into your homes every single day. I’m incredibly proud of the show we produced over the past two seasons. We tried to create a safe place where families could gather to be entertained, uplifted and inspired and where we could celebrate everyday women who work hard to make our world a better place. I am truly grateful for the opportunity and will continue to find avenues to uplift our country.”
RIP.

Harry is a great uplifting show, I cannot understand why they have cancelled it. CBS does it again. Just another show we won’t be watching on CBS!!!!

What a shame. I loved watching Harry. His is such a fantastic person and he show was very entertaining. The music, the band, the guests, etc.. are all wonderful. With all the horrible show that are on tv now, this type of entertainment is exactly what this country needs, a good clean, entertaining program. All I can say is this cancellation is a HUGE mistake.

Meant to say “his show” not he show and “horrible shows” not horrible show. You all know what I mean.

I second that!!!

I am very disappointed that Harry is being cancelled! What a great, uplifting talk show that I never worried about having on the tv when my child was in the room.

I am so disappointed about this. I love Harry and his show is so entertaining and different from any of the others–he has such unusual and interesting guests and segments along with the celebrity guests, not just current but from the past also, who are interesting to hear about what they’re up to now.

What a shame!!!! Harry is one of the most refreshing shows on TV. His band is awesome & Harry is a complete delight. I look forward to the show every day. CBS – you’ve made another BIG mistake.

It is so sad when great shows are removed and stupid shows stay on air (ie Two Broke Girls) We need Harry! Such a great show. I am old and disabled and do not get to travel so the closest we’ll get to seeing HCJr is on TV. A great man, father, husband and Christian….all the reasons he is being removed. Also have gotten some of the best recipes came from Harry!. Never heard of Doodle cake until Harry and now it is our favorite cake. Thank you Harry for a great time. Stay safe and God Bless!

Another fantastic show is killed by the networks. Shows like Wendy Williams and The Talk stay on the air. You know what he didn’t talk about sex & politics. He talked about love, respect, and yes God. That’s probably what he did wrong.
I am so sick of TV today and the nonsense that appears on it. Harry was such a wonderful show.
God Bless you and your family Harry, continue to be the fantastic example of what a family man and incredible person is.

How could you do this to a wholesome show like this!!! It is appalling that good music, a great person who pays tribute to the amazing people in this world would be canceled. Better wise up before it’s too late.

So sad. One of best talk/entertainment shows on TV. 10 am time slot didn’t help at all! And there is still the view!! Get real folks.

While I like Harry Connick, Jr., I don’t think he makes a good talk show host.

That is not right, i like Harry Connick JR that is not fair, when you found a good program they cancel because they want
