Grimm‘s future doesn’t look too grim, according to NBC Entertainment Chairman Robert Greenblatt.
While the network has yet to officially announce a Grimm Season 6 renewal, Greenblatt doesn’t see the show ending in the very near future, in part to its international success, per Oregon Live:
“We like ‘Grimm.’ It hasn’t been renewed yet, but it’s a show we love, and it’s actually a big international success for our company. I think ‘Grimm’ isn’t going anywhere. Which is a hedging sort of statement. We haven’t decided. But we like ‘Grimm.'”
Airing on Fridays, which is traditionally a low viewership night, especially for the advertiser-prized younger segment of viewers, “Grimm” picks up viewers via delayed viewing, Greenblatt said.
“I think the numbers have gone down a little bit because of that,” he said. “But there are some really great ideas for future shows. ‘Grimm”s OK.”
Stay tuned as we continue to monitor the status of Grimm Season 6…

Glad to hear the confidence from higher-ups. This season was a little off track with our group of Wesen hunters being split up at times and of course with the loss of Juliette. In my opinion, this show works better as an eerie procedural with occasional looks at the base mythology. Following the mythology all the time tends to make the individual shows hard to follow especially if you happen to miss an episode. My personal favorite, Trubel, needs to have more to do. And we definitely need a little MONROSALEE.

I’ve grown to like this show a lot, glad to hear something sort-of-positive about its chances of surviving.

Time to give Grimm the axe. At one time I really like this show, but Season 5 has been a disaster. Bitise Tulloch has to be the worst actress on the small screen. I guess sleeping with the series star keeps her employed because it certainly isn’t for her acting talent. And yet the brought her back to play an even stupider character than the first time. Moreover the writing just plain sucks.
This use to be a fun show to watch, with the creature of the week showcasing the writers creativity but it devolved into a who is my baby’s daddy slutfest with slasher movie overtones and convoluted plots.
What a pathetic end to what once was a decent series.

Best show on tv, Season 5 has more about the history of Grimm. Let there be a season 6.

Grimm should be renewed. It’s a great concept. Us, fans most likely have that sub-conscious analogy how the show’s ideas relate to real-life phenomena. (people who see more than the visible and hear more than the audible). Grimmsters are looking forward to a renewal. (“Key Move” will air by 12NN 05mar in Manila, PH. read the spoilers. am not wild about the NIck-Adalind idea. it goes against the logic of previous episodes. at least, what we’ve been “taught” about a Grimm + Hexendbeist).
