Barring an even bigger renewal miracle than the one that saved it last time out, Galavant appears cancelled at ABC with series lead Joshua Sasse joining CW pilot No Tomorrow.
Deadline reports on the casting:
Joshua Sasse, who plays the title role in ABC’s medieval musical comedy Galavant, is set as the male lead opposite Tori Anderson in the CW pilot No Tomorrow. The project, from CBS Studios, has Sasse in first position.
Another such miracle is not expected, especially with the ABC Studios-produced show’s chief supporter at ABC, Paul Lee, gone. Still, even if Galavant is to beat the odds and come back, Sasse will only appear in the first episode of the potential third season in a carveout fromNo Tomorrow. It is hard to imagine Galavant continuing beyond that without Galavant.
Stay tuned to find out whether Galavant is ‘officially’ put to the sword or miraculously renewed for a third season…

It doesn’t matter if he leaves. There are still amazing people in this show and the writers are funny enough that they can make the changed needed. PLEASE BRING IT BACK

Hate to hear this….finally a funny, lighthearted, and very entertaining show appears and they are most likely going to cancel it. This really sucks….I am hanging on for a miracle!
