Me, Myself & Bye to quote many people on the internet.
CBS Monday night’s are a disaster without the Big Bang Theory.

Really? I actually thought this show was Young Sheldon done right. Rather than a sugar coated story about a gifted kid from Texas, this was about an average inventor and was much more relatable to an audience. The Big Bang Theory runs every one of it’s tired and played jokes into the ground and has overstayed it’s welcome to say the least. Ratings for BBT and YS are so good because it’s mainly old people watching and they don’t demand more from their entertainment.
S.J. says
I love BBT, young Sheldon and Me, Myself and I. However 9JKL I wouldn’t miss at all. I took it off record. Yes, you would probably consider me old but older people watch a lot of T.V.
Donna says
I beg your fucking pardon! I’m 61 and I loved this show.
Riv says
Ii was kinda liking this show, why not just burn off the rest of the eps on a Sat. nite then?
I don’t watch BBT & I won’t be watching YS & as for you Taylor, I’m insulted by your comment of “old people”… & we don’t wanna demand more from their entertainment.. really,,,, sheesh. And how old are you, you sound really young & the way they rate shows in the demographic of 18-49 yrs. is a total insult in the first place, & this is where they pick up all their stupid ratings,,, so us OLD ppl don’t even count, so that sux altogether.
Taylor says
I can’t imagine anyone in the 18-49 demo watching BBT or Young Sheldon unironically. The jokes are cheap, the acting is subpar, and while the show did have some dignity and originality in the first 3 seasons, it eventually deteriorated into nerdface. People over 55 tend not to demand more from their entertainment. I’m 21 and I see it in my parents every day. I can only imagine seniors and their grandkids watching Young Sheldon in a “Oh my gawd, he’s so cute and gifted, PRAISE THE LORD” kind of way.
TV Viewer says
The Big Bang Theory ratings for the 18-49 demo are high enough for it to be rewed year after year. Plenty of young people do watch it. If they were not that high, CBS would have cancelled it a long time ago, because CBS does not own it, and CBS tends to cancel programs they don’t own.
Me, Myself & I will probably eventually be burned off on Saturday, just like Doubt was after it was cancelled.
The 18 – 49 demo ratings for Me, Myself & I were terrible, and headed downward. It was never going to be nominated for any significant TV awards, (like Mom), and it takes more a few viewers to keep a program on the air.
Also Young Sheldon has only aired one episode. Judging Young Sheldon to be a “sugar coated” story after one episode, (the pilot episode), is much too soon for most people. Me, Myself & I was cancelled after 6 low rated episodes.
TV is a business and The Big Bang Theory makes a profit for CBS. Me, Myself & I lost money and was not a making a profit for the network.
Not happy says
I’m obviously one of few, but I really liked this show. It was original and it had heart. I like having something nice in my line up. It totally sucks that they can’t find an available time slot to at least air the remaining eps. I get the whole ratings thing, but how about late at night or in the early morning hours? Surely that wouldn’t break the bank?!
Roxygirl says
I agree, it was a good show! Something nice for a change is right! Some of these other shows I have had to stop watching, they are just giving me a negative vibe: You’re the Worst and The Mick as a couple of examples. We wonder why people act the way they do after watching shows like that! There is no reason they can’t air the rest of the shows on a Saturday night.
S.J. says
I agree, especially the Mick. Vulgar and just plain stupid.
Jane says
I thought it was a fresh idea, something few shows are these days. Instead, we’re left with nothing but phoney scripted “reality” shows making for non-talented celebrities and gross content.
S.J. says
Agree! I hope another station picks it up.
S.J. says
I totally agree. I enjoy this show and if another station picks it up I will continue watching.
ajd says
I bet they will air all the episodes eventually. Whichever network had that Jane Lynch sitcom last year and pulled it super early claimed they had no idea if or when the episodes would air, but they eventually aired them. They put them on at dead times after other shows get cancelled.
Niomi Nicole says
Good! Me, Myself, & I……….hat show SUCKED!!! I’m guessing Bobby wishes he should have with SNL.
Vic Nardozza says
So a gut who wasn’t funny on SNL gets his sitcom cancelled because it wasn’t funny. Who would have imagined…
Nope says
Horrible “preachy” show with unrealistic characters and CLEAR continuity error.
susan h. says
I liked the show a lot. CBS sucks. If it weren’t for Life In Pieces I’d probably never go near the network.
Chris says
Anything original CBS eventually cancels.
Carmen says
What are u kidding me one of the best and u cancel it that’s too damn shitty
Whitesnowwolf says
It figures. I finally found a show I thought was heartwarming and endearing, and it gets canceled. A show that tells us that, at any age, we still keep learning and loving. I guess that just not a message any one wants to hear anymore. I’m very disappointed.
Sheila says
Apparently all that the young demographic like is smut and gore. Nothing wholesome like this show. I’m 44, but I like this show. It was a nice family show which you dont see much any more. Hollywood sux! I am tired of getting interested in these network shows only for them to be cancelled. Might as well watch reruns of shows from the good ole days.
Christy says
I really liked this show! It was funny and something different from the same old thing! I just hate it that the networks keep garbage shows like Kevin Can Wait but cancel decent shows like this one!
