Paxton had already completed filming all 13 episodes of the cop drama’s first season. However, with renewal already unlikely, his death further pushes Training Day towards cancellation.
RIP.
Stay tuned as we continue to monitor the cancel/renew status of Training Day Season 2…

I only saw Bill Paxton in one movie and that was Twister. He was great. With his passing, I went to Demand and watched all 5 of the series show Training Day, and he is excellent. I will watch the remaining 8 episodes; however, I don’t see how they could continue the series without him. So much of the story is tied to his past with his prior partner. This could have been a continuing series and my sympathy to his family. He was far too young to have this happen
